SKYNET 1.0

INTRA-COLLEGE HACKATHON

SKYNET is an innovation hackathon organized by the GCT IEEE Student Branch exclusive for the students of GCT. Our organization aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by insisting on research development in the institution. As an initiative to share our wisdom and connect industrial experts with students, the GCT IEEE Student Branch launches its very first innovation hackathon “SKYNET” which gives insight on industrial 4.0 and ignites the novelty inside the student. The SKYNET encourages the students to solve a real-world problem in their domain along with Artificial Intelligence.

The selection of problem statements needs to be in their domain (any department core) in collaboration with Artificial Intelligence (AI). It can also be an interdisciplinary idea but their domain needs to be dominant. To give an overview of the SKYNET, seminars will be conducted on cutting-edge technology during the abstract submission phase. Mentoring and discussion will be happening in the discourse forum. SKYNET is going to happen in three phases
